SCOUT DISTRIBUTION | Senior Key Account Manager

Based in Southern California with some travel to our San Diego and Los Angeles offices.

The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for acquiring and maintaining fruitful relationships with off premise chains and companies relevant to their market. The overall purpose of this position is to execute sales objectives including volume, share, distribution, shelf space, etc. at key accounts and to sell-in and influence our key retailer partners, through partnership, communication, and consistency. This will be accomplished by developing and maintaining partnerships with the target accounts, ensuring growth share over top craft competitors. The right candidate will have an intense competitive spirit with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results. The Sr. KAM position must be critically aware of industry best practices, and regional competition and craft beer strategies.
