moto g54 5G with 6.5″ FHD+ 120Hz display, Dimensity 7020, up to 12GB RAM, 6000mAh battery launching in India on September 6

After the launch of moto g54 5G tomorrow, motorola has confirmed the launch of moto g54 5G, the company’s next mid-range smartphone in India on September 6th. The phone surfaced in renders recently.

motorola says that it is the first phone in the segment to come with 12GB RAM, 256GB storage and a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC, which will offer similar performance as Dimensity 930.

The phone will come with a 6.5-inch FHD+ 120Hz screen, which should be LCD. motorola has confirmed that the phone which runs Android 13 will get an assured update to Android 14, and has promised 3 years of security updates.

It will come with a 50MP rear camera with OIS, along with a 8MP autofocus ultra-wide camera, which can also act as depth sensor and capture macro shots.

It will come in Blue and Green colours with an acrylic glass back, feature stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos and pack a 6000mAh battery.

In China, the phone will come in Pantone Color of the year – Viva Magenta with a vegan leather back and the green colour will also have a leather back. The phone will be introduced in China on September 5th, a day before the India launch.
